I recently purchased the Railpro remote system from don sweet for two of my locomotives. don was very helpful and very thorough making sure i got everything I needed to convert them to battery power and all the railpro items needed. he also detailed instructions and photos of conversions of my same locos. service was excellent. railpro is a great system, very customizable and easy to install. I dont know why you would use any other system. thanks don for all your help.
I don't know if Don was a teacher, but he is very patient in explaining everything about the conversion process. Don answered all of our questions ,along with giving options for the process. We find him to be honest in his dealings and was careful in the handling of our engine. We found Don's services via a web search. His products and services are well worth the price: he is trustworthy.
When I decided to go with battery power, I was only slightly acquainted with Don. I brought two BL-2s (B&M and BAR) to him at a train show. When they were ready for pickup, I drove to his location where he gave me three hours of his undivided attention answering questions I had written in advance. He was tremendously helpful. I left him with four more locomotives to do and when they're ready to pick up later this month, I intend to leave three more for conversion to battery power.
I recently took the plunge into battery power and RailPro and Don was a great help in getting me started. I'm ready to upgrade my next loco and will be going back to RCSofNE for help.

7. Use any rail material you want without regard to electrical conductivity
Don is the only hobby dealer I have ever been able to get total support. He is patient, creative, amazingly resourceful and very friendly.
It’s easy to buy a hobby product but to also get support with it has never been easy for me.
Don provides all the help you need with the products he sells.
Also, if he doesn’t sell something you want, he will advise you as to where you may purchase it.
After deciding to go with RailPro I then needed a dealer, I watched a video on YouTube and Don at RCS of New England was doing the video and found him to be very informative, so I gave him a call. I found Don very personable and answered all my questions on the RailPro system, he took the time and explained all my question, plus added other information that was very helpful on RailPro. I think you will find Don great to deal with and he does what he says he will do. Yes, he will call you back and help you with whatever you need to know. JL trainman
6 or 8 months ago I decided I had had enough trying to run my DCC locomotives on dirty tracks. It was a chore to get the trains out. I searched around and found Don. The best guy to find. He offered complete packages to convert to battery yourself. He took a lot of time explaining the DYI of his battery packages. I did 3 Piko steam engines my self and the results have changed how I run the trains. I had one Bachmann that would be a real challenge to convert. I sent it to Don and received it today and it’s perfect. I really recommend Don and RailPro.
